ParrotBack accepts payments via the secure servers of PayPal and therefore does not take responsibility for any errors that might occur outside of the site parrotback.com.

Terms and conditions of use

ParrotBack is for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for keeping your access details secret. You may not copy, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, replicate, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell information, services, text, articles, data, images or audio files obtained from any page of ParrotBack. Any reproduction, distribution, replication or retransmission of any information contained on ParrotBack is strictly prohibited. You agree to use ParrotBack and its materials and services only for lawful purposes.

Responsibilities of ParrotBack

Customers will receive their login (username and password) by email within a few minutes after payment is made through PayPal. Access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is valid for the period purchased (3 or 6 months) from the day access is sent. ParrotBack is not responsible for any problems concerning technical malfunctions of telephone networks, lines, computers, Internet connections, or failures to access the site.

Responsibilities of customers

In addition to the other obligations in these terms, the customer is responsible for all charges associated with connecting to ParrotBack, including internet access charges and any fees necessary to access the site.

Refund policy

No refunds will be granted. By effecting payment the customer certifies that they have reviewed the demos and samples of the language materials on offer, have approved them for their use as satisfactory, and have decided on that basis to buy the language materials. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
